I just returned from a family ski trip, and while we had a fantastic time overall, there were a few letdowns. The location of Le Savoie was unbeatable, just a short walk to the slopes, and the food was generally very good, with a nice variety each day. However, some facilities felt a bit tired, and the bar area was cramped, which made it less cozy than I hoped. Overall, with friendly staff and great childcare, I felt at ease, but there are areas for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious and warm, but it felt a bit tired with some cleanliness issues. There was noticeable dust and mildew, which detracted from the comfort.
Service
7.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but I found myself needing to ask for everything rather than staff being proactive, which made service feel inconsistent.
Location
9.0
The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the main lifts with shops right outside, making it pretty convenient.
Dining
8.0
The meals were a highlight, with plenty of choices at breakfast and decent dinners, but I would have liked more options for kids. Afternoon tea was particularly good.
Facilities
5.0
The bar area was too small and cold, making it hard to relax after a day on the slopes. The snug area for tea was inconveniently located and lacked WiFi.

My stay at Le Savoie had its ups and downs. The friendly staff really stood out, always here to help and make me feel welcome. However, the hotel's maintenance left much to be desired, with issues like unclean common areas and broken fixtures that detracted from the overall experience. The location was convenient for skiing, but I found the dining options a bit underwhelming. Overall, it was a mix of great service and disappointing accommodations. 😊❄️

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and had good bathrooms, but cleanliness was a major issue, with bins not emptied and the room not vacuumed.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, but I often felt I had to find them for assistance, which slowed things down.
Location
7.0
The hotel is well-placed for skiing-just a short walk to the lifts or an easy bus ride-though I found the walk slightly uphill after a long day on the slopes.
Dining
6.0
Food quality was inconsistent, with limited options for the kids and not enough vegetables served during meals, requiring me to find alternatives for them.
Facilities
6.0
The spa area was pleasant, but some essential services like cleanliness in communal spaces and the effectiveness of the ski boot drying system seemed neglected.

I appreciated the fantastic ski-in and ski-out location which made heading to the slopes so convenient. The warmth of the hotel and friendliness of the staff were definite highlights. However, I found the dining experience somewhat lacking; portions were small, and the service could use better organization.

Rooms
7.0
The bedroom I stayed in was not huge but adequate, featuring a TV with UK channels and necessary amenities like shelves and a safe.
Service
9.0
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was great, right on a main ski run, making it easy to access the slopes and close to ski hire shops.
Dining
6.0
While dinner had good quality food, the portions were quite small, and there was a lack of organization during service; breakfast was better but could have been better stocked.
Facilities
8.0
The pool area was lovely, featuring a warm pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, and the downstairs ski shop was well-equipped and helpful.

My stay at Le Savoie was a blend of highs and lows. The childcare services were outstanding, allowing me to enjoy my time knowing my child was in good hands. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially regarding dietary accommodations. Overall, while the quality of the staff and facilities were commendable, the dining issues were significant enough to impact the overall experience. 🎿🍽️

I had a great week at Le Savoie, enjoying the central location just a five-minute walk to the slopes and the excellent food served daily. The staff truly made our stay special with their friendly service, although the hotel itself is a bit tired in appearance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and warm, which added to our comfort, but we did encounter some issues with maintenance that took time to resolve.
